Bib collection and shuttles

According to the event listing published by the tourist office, bibs can be collected on Friday 6 November, from 10 am to 9 pm, at the Pont du Gard site (left bank), then on race day from 6 am. Paid shuttles leave on the morning of the race: from the Nîmes arena to Uzès for the 87 km (€12), to the Pont du Gard for the 52 km (€11), and from the Pont du Gard to Uzès for the 33 km races (€6).

In practice, staying near the Pont du Gard on Friday lets you collect your bib at the end of the day without getting back in the car.

Starting in Uzès: stay in the centre

For the 87 km, which starts at 7:30 am, the best night is the one from which you walk to the start. The Maison Belon, in the historic centre, sleeps up to ten people in four apartments: a whole club fits in, and everyone keeps their own shower room. For one or two runners, our apartments in the centre, such as the Saint Julien, do the same on a smaller scale.

Starting at the Pont du Gard: stay in Vers-Pont-du-Gard

The 52 km starts at the Pont du Gard at 8 am, the 18 km at 2 pm. L'Oustal Di Fabre, in Vers-Pont-du-Gard, is a few minutes from the site: eleven beds and a large kitchen for the pasta dinner the night before.

Finishing in Nîmes: recover on the spot

Runners on the 87 km and the 52 km finish at the Nîmes arena. The Villa Romana, south of the city, sleeps twelve people: an option for the team welcoming the runners at the finish and staying one more night.

Booking for a group

Whole houses close to the starts are few: book early. For a club, use our Groups page, stating the race and the number of runners: we reply within two business hours.
