Terms of sale

November 1, 2026

These terms apply to any booking of a property offered by SAS BOOST LOC PRO (“the lessor”) made through the booking tool available on this site. They complement the terms shown at booking; in case of discrepancy, the terms shown at the time of payment prevail. The French version is the reference text.

1. Purpose

Short-term furnished rental for temporary residential use (leisure or business travel) of a property described on its listing. The guest may not take up residence there or run a commercial activity.

2. Booking and payment

The booking is firm upon receipt of the online payment made through the booking tool and its payment provider. A confirmation is sent by email. Prices are in euros, all taxes included, excluding tourist tax.

3. Price and tourist tax

The price includes accommodation, bed and bath linen, and end-of-stay cleaning unless stated otherwise on the listing. The tourist tax of the relevant municipality is due in addition and collected at booking.

4. Discount code

The code printed in the welcome books gives a 10% discount on a booking made on this site. It cannot be combined with another offer and is not transferable.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 30 days before arrival, for every property; details are in the cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made in writing.

6. Deposit

Depending on the property, a deposit may be requested before arrival as a card pre-authorisation: its amount is then shown on the listing. If the listing does not mention one, no deposit is requested. It is not charged unless damage is found, and is released after departure. A deposit handling fee, shown on the listing, is then added to the price of the stay.

7. Check-in, check-out and occupancy

Check-in from the time shown on the listing (usually 4 pm), check-out before the time shown (usually 10 am). The number of occupants may not exceed the stated capacity. Parties and events are prohibited. Properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed where the listing says so.

8. House rules

The guest agrees to respect neighbours, the building or residence rules, and the welcome book instructions (waste sorting, noise, safety).

9. Liability

The lessor is not liable for items left in the property or for external disturbances (works, utilities, weather). The guest is liable for damage they cause.

10. Personal data

See the privacy policy.

11. VAT

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action; consumers may refer to a consumer mediator.
