Business accommodation in Nîmes: by the week, by the month, and where to house your team

Nîmes attracts assignments of all sizes: industrial maintenance, worksites, events at the arena, training courses. A hotel is fine for two nights; from a week onwards, and especially when several people travel together, a furnished rental changes how the stay is organised.

One person, one week

For an individual trip, the criterion is simple: a place where you can work in the evening, cook and do your laundry, with an invoice in the company's name. Depending on where the assignment is, an apartment in central Nîmes or a property in Bagnols-sur-Cèze such as Le Patio de la Cèze (for assignments at Marcoule) meets that need.

A team, one month

The most common case on a worksite: four to eight people, for several weeks, on the same site. Scattering the team across hotel rooms is expensive and complicates logistics. A whole house solves several problems at once:

• one address, one invoice, one point of contact;
• separate bedrooms for rest, a large room for briefings;
• a kitchen sized to prepare the team's meals;
• parking for the vans.

The Villa Romana, south of Nîmes, is set up for this out of season: four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a covered terrace and an enclosed garden where vehicles are safe overnight. It is rented by the month from October to April.

What the company needs to plan

• The actual number of beds: one bedroom per person is the rule for a long assignment.
• Cleaning: weekly on long stays, included in the quote.
• The deposit: a card pre-authorisation, not charged, is requested before arrival; the amount is shown on the listing (€500 in most of our properties).
• House rules: no parties, respect for the neighbours. They are written in the welcome book of each property.

Lead times and quotes

For a team, request the quote three to four weeks before the start of the assignment: large houses have few slots available. The form on the business page takes thirty seconds; we reply within two business hours with a firm proposal and, if needed, a pro forma invoice for your purchasing department.
