Booking direct: what it actually changes for your stay

Booking directly on the website of the people who run the house does not change the accommodation. It changes the relationship, the terms and a few details that matter on the day. Here they are.

One point of contact, from the first message to departure

When you book direct, you write to the team that knows each property. A question about access, a wish to arrive earlier, a restaurant tip: the answer comes within two business hours, and it comes from someone who was in the apartment the week before.

Terms written on the listing

Each listing states the check-in and check-out times, the cancellation policy (free up to 30 days before arrival), the deposit amount, the pet policy and the tourist tax. Nothing is pushed into a last-minute summary. If something is unclear, we answer before you pay.

Self check-in, at your own time

All our properties can be accessed without a key handover: a key box or a smart lock, depending on the place. The code is sent on the day of arrival, at the scheduled time. You let yourself in when you get there, including late in the evening.

The welcome book code

Have you already stayed with us? The printed welcome book left in the property contains a code. Entered when you book on this website, it applies a 10% discount to your next stay. It is our way of thanking those who come back.

In practice

1. Choose a property and open its calendar.
2. Enter your dates and, if you have one, the welcome book code.
3. Pay securely online. The confirmation is sent immediately, and the arrival instructions follow.
