On request, we issue the invoice for each business stay in the company's name at check-out, with a certificate of stay for expense claims. Regular accounts can receive a single monthly invoice.

The 2026 French URSSAF allowance for an employee's accommodation and breakfast on long-distance assignment, outside Paris and its inner suburbs, is €56.80 per night for the first three months, then €48.30 up to the 24th month. Shared between several people, our homes often come in well below.

Prices read live from our booking calendar, per person at one person per bed, excluding cleaning and tourist tax. The allowance is an exemption ceiling, not a rate: check the rule that applies to your company. Allowance source

The business code is personal to your company and never published.

"As described or rehoused" guarantee

If equipment listed on the page (Wi-Fi, hot water, heating, beds) breaks down and we cannot fix it within 24 hours, the night is refunded, or we move you to another of our homes if one is free.

Frequently asked questions

Can you invoice my company directly?

Yes. On request, the invoice for each stay is issued in the company's name at check-out, with a certificate of stay. From the Mission Plus tier, you can receive one invoice per month. Payment by card or bank transfer.

How much does the Pass Mission cost?

Nothing. It opens for free with the form, with no minimum number of nights, and the business code works for everyone in the company.

What is the minimum length of a business stay?

It depends on the home and the period, and is shown in each home's calendar. On weekdays, stays of two or three nights are often possible.

Can we extend or shorten an assignment?

Extend, yes, subject to availability: let us know as early as possible. Shortening at no cost is a benefit of the Mission Plus and Partner tiers, with 48 hours' notice.

Are the homes close to Marcoule?

Le Patio de la Cèze is in central Bagnols-sur-Cèze, about fifteen minutes' drive from the Marcoule site.

Can each team member have their own bed?

Yes: the number of beds and bedrooms is shown on each page. Tell us the make-up of the team and we will suggest the right homes.
